Dr. Josh Bigting
Josh was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. After completing his undergrad at LSU and earning his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from LSU Health Sciences Center, he knew he wanted to combine his love for movement with a passion for helping people train smarter to stay injury-free. Josh has always been fueled by a passion for sports and movement - in his free time, he enjoys playing golf, pickleball, running, and walking his dogs.
Josh is excited to provide the highest quality care for each and every one of his clients. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to set new personal records, he is all about crafting training plans that get results, while making it fun along the way. His training approach not only focuses on sustainable progress and injury prevention, but also making sure you feel strong and confident for life.
Dr. Alex Dunn
Alex was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, and continues to live in Indiana with his wife, Deidra, and daughter, Ellie. Alex attended Indiana University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2019.
Alex is an avid sports enthusiast and weightlifter and has been for over 15 years. He specializes in working with this population as he has vast experience with athletes of all kinds ranging from high school to professional levels.
Alex is beyond passionate about delivering the highest quality physical therapy service that extends beyond the physical. He believes a holistic approach to rehab is the most optimal route to eliminate pain and minimize risk of re-injury.
